For over 25 years, we have been rewarding our workshop employees with performance bonuses based on work values (AWs) and our sales employees with sales commissions.
Due to a lack of automation, calculating performance-related pay for our workshop employees and car salespeople was previously very time-consuming for our payroll department and could only be managed with a significant investment of time. In addition, the calculation basis for the monthly performance bonuses in the service area was not transparent enough.
To solve these challenges, we decided to use the maXzie remuneration software. With just a few clicks of the mouse, maXzie calculates even the most complex remuneration components and makes them available to employees on a daily basis. This ensures greater transparency and motivation within the team. That is why, following its implementation in the service and sales departments, we will also be implement maXzie in all other business areas.
