I was particularly impressed by how easy it is to create commission statements. It allows me to handle this complex process with ease. My favourite feature is the ‘Employee Evaluation’ bar charts. They give me a precise overview of each individual’s performance at all times and help me to intervene in a targeted manner when necessary.
