maXzie is the perfect addition to our merchandise management software, enabling us to generate maximum motivation for our field sales team from our recorded data. maXzie is updated every hour with the latest data. The entire integration process was quick and hassle-free, requiring no prior knowledge of the maXzie interfaces. The good communication with the maXzie team and the uncomplicated standardised interfaces of maXzie made it easy for everyone involved. After a very short time, we were able to set up further maXzie targets without any help.
We can easily link new key figures to our source systems ourselves. This enables us to constantly readjust the maXzie targets – for example, to boost sales of certain products – while drawing on the values that we already have available in our merchandise management system. This has the immense advantage that data does not have to be processed separately again, and yet the positive effects of the field staff’s work are immediately apparent to them. This increases motivation and is therefore a win-win situation for everyone.
From my perspective as an IT specialist and system integrator, I can unreservedly recommend maXzie! Even for the system connection of completely new performance indicators, only about 30 to 60 minutes are required on the IT side.
